What actually happens when we’re on site

We protect your space first.
Before anything else, we lay down drop sheets and cover what needs covering, so your property stays clean throughout the job

We prepare the surface.
This is where most of the actual work happens, sanding, filling, and priming, to ensure your paint job lasts

We apply the paint.
We use quality paint systems suited to your project, applied to our recommended number of coats
04
We finish and clean up.
Once the job's done, we do a final check and walk through with you, then tidy our work area, leaving your space as we found it

Every project comes with a 5 year workmanship warranty, on top of manufacturer paint warranties of up to 15 years on exterior paint and up to 10 years on interior paint, depending on the product used

Our painters are based all across the Hawke’s Bay region so we cover Napier, Hastings, Havelock North, Central Hawke's Bay, and take on projects further out in Taupō too

We provide transparent pricing so you know exactly what your project will cost before we start. If a project’s complex enough that we're not able to give a fixed price upfront, we'll give you an estimate and stick within it

Yes, all quotes are free. We aim to get your quote back to you within 1-2 business days of having everything we need (or up to 5 business days for larger projects), including a site visit if one's required

Lead times vary depending on the season, but we typically book out 2 to 4 weeks in advance. If you have a specific deadline, reach out early so we can secure your spot on the calendar

Once your job's complete, we'll email your invoice. Private client invoices are due to be paid the same day, business clients are due to be paid on the 20th of the following month
