Warranty Coverage

Workmanship Guarantee:

NextLevel Painting warrants that all painting works have been completed to a professional standard. We offer a 5-year guarantee on workmanship from the date of completion. This covers issues such as:

- Peeling, flaking, or blistering due to defective surface preparation or application.

- Coating failures caused by workmanship, not external factors.

Paint Product Warranty:

We use premium quality paint products (e.g., Resene, Dulux, PPG). Manufacturer warranties apply as

follows:

- Exterior paint: Up to 15 years*

- Interior paint: Up to 10 years*

(*Varies by brand/product. Refer to specific paint manufacturer's documentation.)

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

- Damage due to structural movement, leaks, cracks, or moisture intrusion.

- Acts of nature (e.g., earthquakes, flooding, extreme weather).

- Damage caused by third parties, tenants, pets, or improper maintenance.

- Areas not included in the original scope of work.

- Surfaces previously coated with unsuitable materials or not disclosed.

Maintenance & Care

To keep your warranty valid:

- Perform regular maintenance (cleaning surfaces, clearing gutters, etc.).

- Promptly address leaks or moisture issues.

- Do not attempt DIY touch-ups without contacting us first.
